At Strong & Associates, we place quite a bit of emphasis on the AND. The symbol of the ampersand, “&,” is a focal point. The idea that opportunities and challenges, setbacks and steps forward are linked with something else. We strive to discover what that something else is exactly. Our approach to working with both people and organizations is to help recognize the AND, then build to elevate work.

Different factors contribute to satisfaction and dissatisfaction. These are, in fact, two separate ideas. Try not to simply think of them as opposite ends of a spectrum.
